A Peranakan favourite! This unique duck (Itek) dish has a signature aroma and unique taste that comes from the exceptional amount of coriander and other earthy spices used in the cooking. Sio is a Peranakan gravy that has a sweet and sour flavour with some assam sour-ishness. Words cannot describe it, you need to try it yourself!
Standard Portion serves 8-10 pax ($70)
- No minimum order required. Meaning you can order just 1 dish.
- 2-Days advance order is required for all our Home Catering Orders.
- Example if you want the order for Sunday, you will need to order by Friday latest.
- Please specify the date and time you want your order delivered or pick-up at checkout (e.g. 9 August 2020 at 6pm).
- For orders, customer can arrange for self pick-up or we can help you arrange for delivery (charges paid by customer).
