Using Beef shin which has streaks of tendon in the meat, cooked with our homemade Rompah (spice paste) that has 17 different herbs and spices, coconut milk, gula melaka and kresik (grated pan fried coconut) over 4 hours of slow fire. The end product is a succulent and flavourful Beef Rendang, truly unique to The Ampang Kitchen’s taste.
Standard Portion serves 5-6 pax ($45)
- No minimum order required. Meaning you can order just 1 dish.
- 2-Days advance order is required for all our Home Catering Orders.
- Example if you want the order for Sunday, you will need to order by Friday latest.
- Please specify the date and time you want your order delivered or pick-up at checkout (e.g. 9 August 2020 at 6pm).
- For orders, customer can arrange for self pick-up or we can help you arrange for delivery (charges paid by customer).
